VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0* <br /> Selectman Costa absent, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro ro to approve the Executive <br /> Session minutes of Monday, May 9, 1994 as presented. Motion <br /> seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Anne T. Shaw re: Banking Services Agreements: <br /> Anne Shaw,°Treasurer was present to discuss her memo of May 16, 1994 <br /> relative to banking services that are to be paid for by means of a "compensating <br /> balance" pursuant to the MGL Chapter 44, Section 53F. <br /> As noted by Ms. Shaw, five bids were received in response to a request <br /> for proposal. Based on the proposals, Ms. Shaw has recommended to award <br /> the operating account to Plymouth Savings and the payroll account to the <br /> Sandwich Cooperative Bank. <br /> The banks as recommended currently hold the contracts for the respective <br /> accounts, maintain the highest rating and are fully protected under FDIC. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to award the operating account <br /> to Plymouth Savings Bank and the payroll account to Sandwich <br /> Cooperative Bank as recommended, Motion seconded by Selectman <br /> Vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br />
