Page 3 Board of Selectmen Minutes May 2 , 1994 Anthony Ferragamo re: Comprehensive Plan; It is the consensus of the Board to direct all'Town Departments to complete the required tasks of the Comprehensive Plan within the projected time frame as recommended. Mr. Fudala will prepare a cover memo of the plan overview and what is expected from each department for consideration. With regards to the work schedule of the Town Planner, Mr.Ferragamo indicated that substantial time is necessary to devote to the project wring the next three years. To produce the Comprehensive Flan within the projected time frame, Mr. Fudala has estimated three eight hours days of his time per week to pork on the project as outlined. Mr. whritenour recommended to allow the Office of the Town Planner to close three days per week for work related to the Comprehensive Plan with further review of this consideration in 60 days. Motion made by Selectman Costa to allow the 'Town Planner's Office to close to the public three days per week as recommended with further review in 60 days. Motion seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. *Mr. Ferragamo recommended to compile project cost data for expenditure review upon project completion. It is the consensus of the Board to direct each department to maintain a time log of work related to the Comprehensive Plan for expenditure review as recommended. `Selectman C ffyn recommended to maintain consistent representation with reference to the activities of the Cape Cod Commission. 7:25 p.m. Public Hearing: Liquor License Transfer' - Smokehouse Cafe: Selectman Mills opened the Public Hearing on the application of Popponesset Corp. d/b/a The Smokehouse Cafe to transfer the All Alcoholic Beverage Restaurant License to Constantinos Mitrokostas. Mr, l iitrokostas was present to discuss the transfer application with the Board. As noted, the establishment will be leased as a family style seafood restaurant with the absence of live entertainment. The current license as renewed in December permits the establishment to open during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Selectman Caffyn requested llrir. I iitrokostas to close the establishment at 12:00 p.m. He is in agreement.
