Page 3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 2 , 1994 <br /> Anthony Ferragamo re: Comprehensive Plan; <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to direct all'Town Departments to complete <br /> the required tasks of the Comprehensive Plan within the projected time frame <br /> as recommended. Mr. Fudala will prepare a cover memo of the plan overview <br /> and what is expected from each department for consideration. <br /> With regards to the work schedule of the Town Planner, Mr.Ferragamo <br /> indicated that substantial time is necessary to devote to the project wring the <br /> next three years. <br /> To produce the Comprehensive Flan within the projected time frame, <br /> Mr. Fudala has estimated three eight hours days of his time per week to pork <br /> on the project as outlined. <br /> Mr. whritenour recommended to allow the Office of the Town Planner to <br /> close three days per week for work related to the Comprehensive Plan with <br /> further review of this consideration in 60 days. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to allow the 'Town Planner's <br /> Office to close to the public three days per week as recommended <br /> with further review in 60 days. Motion seconded by Selectman <br /> Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> *Mr. Ferragamo recommended to compile project cost data for expenditure <br /> review upon project completion. It is the consensus of the Board to direct <br /> each department to maintain a time log of work related to the Comprehensive <br /> Plan for expenditure review as recommended. <br /> `Selectman C ffyn recommended to maintain consistent representation with <br /> reference to the activities of the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> 7:25 p.m. Public Hearing: <br /> Liquor License Transfer' - Smokehouse Cafe: <br /> Selectman Mills opened the Public Hearing on the application of Popponesset <br /> Corp. d/b/a The Smokehouse Cafe to transfer the All Alcoholic Beverage <br /> Restaurant License to Constantinos Mitrokostas. <br /> Mr, l iitrokostas was present to discuss the transfer application with the <br /> Board. As noted, the establishment will be leased as a family style <br /> seafood restaurant with the absence of live entertainment. <br /> The current license as renewed in December permits the establishment to <br /> open during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Selectman Caffyn requested <br /> llrir. I iitrokostas to close the establishment at 12:00 p.m. He is in agreement. <br />
