• <br /> k <br /> Page <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 23, 1994 <br /> Liquor License Transfer - Smokehouse Cafe: <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman lulls closed the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the Liquor License <br /> transfer request on the application of Popponesset Corp. d/b/a <br /> The Smokehouse Cafe to Constantinos Mitrokostas as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> 7:35 p.m. PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Personnel Board: <br /> Personnel Board members, Joseph Delagalla, Marcia Lindsey and Schuyler wires <br /> were present to discuss Personnel activities with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was noted that the newly formed Personnel Board does not have a <br /> Charman at this time. <br /> The Board of Selectmen directed the Personnel Board to elect <br /> a Chairman in accordance with Town Bylaw provisions. <br /> The Selectmen requested the Personnel Board to review the language of <br /> the PAP, the reclassification of personnel as it pertains to job descriptions <br /> and review of the general leave policy related to sick and personal time. <br /> The Board requested a plan of action from the Personnel Board for review <br /> and approval, The Personnel Board should become more actively involved <br /> m personnel activities recomnnended Selectman Mills. <br /> Selectman Caffyn suggested to schedule a second meeting with the Personnel <br /> Board and Personnel Administrator to further define areas of concern. The <br /> Board of Selectmen should formally accept the resignation of the former <br /> Personnel Burd members prior to future appointments and review the attendance ; <br /> of committee members reconu ended Selectman Caffyn, <br /> Economic Development Committee: <br /> i <br /> Withdrawn from the agenda. To be re-scheduled in two weeps. <br />
