Police personnel <br /> participating in one of the programs are eligible to receive continuing education <br /> college credit for viewing and completing training requirements on police <br /> subjects broadcasted over the Law Enforcement Network. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to refer the above to the Personnel Board <br /> t this time for further review. <br /> Communication from the Mashpee Taxpayers Association: <br /> Correspondence was received from Roger Harsch of the liahpee Taxpayers <br /> Association dated May 12, 1994 recommending the Board give consideration <br /> towards televising Monday night meetings. <br /> As noted by Peg Harsch, the public at lame will have the ability to receive <br /> information pertaining to Town government. The Taxpayers Association will <br /> assume responsibility for transportation of video equipment and operation of <br /> the video camera. <br /> i <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to authorize the Executive <br /> Secretary to contact Continental Cable with regards to the <br /> feasibility of televising Monday night Selectmen's meetings. <br /> The Selectmen's conference groom will be reviewed with reference <br /> towards space requirements for live coverage. Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Request for Permit to Move a Building: <br /> Mr. Hayden of Hayden Building Movers of Cotuit was present to discuss <br /> his pe nit application to move a building for Willowbend Corporation over <br /> a public road on Wednesday, May 24, 1994. <br /> As noted by Mr. Hayden, a double wide trailer will be used to move the <br /> building over Quinaquissett Road. <br /> Mr. Whritenour indicated that all necessary signatures and fees have been <br /> received with reference to the permit application. <br />
