Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. 3.0. <br /> Selectman Caffyn abstained from voting. <br /> *Selectman Caffyn recommended to obtain a commitment from the School <br /> Department to reflect the savings related to the above. <br /> Approval of Swim Meet Banners: <br /> A memo was received from Robert Sullivan requesting the Board allow <br /> the placement of Swim deet Banners over Route 151 at the telephone poles <br /> before the rotary and at the intersection of Route 130 and Great Deck Road North. <br /> The banners will be of no cost to the Town to be placed before the Flag Day <br /> parade and the super swim meet; June 11 th and June 25th. It was noted that <br /> the Chief of Police has pledged a police carr for safety during the placement <br /> of banners. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the Swim Meet <br /> Panner placement over the Town roads as specified on June 11th � <br /> and ,dune 25, 1994. Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Flag Day: <br /> June 11, 1994 1:00 p.m. <br /> 1t was noted that funds will be sought to support two bands for music on <br /> `lag Day in the amount of$800. <br /> The sura of$1500 has been allocated for 1995 to support Flag Day activities. <br /> Annual DPW Bids for Approval: <br /> The Director of Public works submitted a bid summary packet to the Board <br /> to provide the Town with goods and services effective July 1, 1994 through <br /> June 3 , 1995. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the bid packet <br /> as recommended by the DPW Director. Motion seconded by <br /> Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
