Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Appointment of Historical Commission Member: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to appoint Ann Whitlow <br /> to the Historical Commission as recommended. Motion <br /> seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> *Term to be included with appointment. <br /> Appointment of Assistant Conservation Agent: <br /> *Consensus of Board to place appointment on hold until recommendation <br /> is received from Personnel Board. <br /> *Selectman Caffyn recommended to request potential employee's to <br /> render conflict opinions from the State Ethics Commission in the future. <br /> Approval to Disband Middle School Addition Building <br /> Committee: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve the <br /> disbanding of the Middle School Addition Building <br /> Committee as requested. Motion seconded by Selectman <br /> Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Approval and Execution of Town Kennel Contract: <br /> June Daley,the Animal Control Officer was present to discuss the Town <br /> Kennel Contract with the Board. Two proposals were received. The <br /> Animal Inn met all minimum criteria as established by the town deemed <br /> necessary to establish a safe, stabilized quality level of service. <br /> The proposal as received from Special K Kennels was considered flawed <br /> since it did not provide information relative to on-site facilities and staff <br /> necessary to administer kennel cough and rabies innoculations as set forth <br /> in the minimum criteria established by the town. <br /> Ms.Daley recommended to maintain the minimum criteria as established <br /> by the town to provide a quality level of service for the citizens and animals <br /> of Mashpee. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to re-bid the Town Kennel Contract. <br />
