` Page 1 Board of Selectmen Nlnutes September 13, 1994 Letter of Request from Syro Mitro ostas re: Prorating f License Fee: Spyro Mitroostas, President of Atlantic Seafood Restaurants, Inc. was present to request the Board consider a proration of his $1300 license fee. As noted by Mr. Mitrokostas, the license must be renewed in a short period of time and recouping the fees would be difficult at this time of year. Since the license will be in effect for four months, Mr. Mitrol ostas suggested to pay one half of the annual fee or$650. It was noted that at the end of the year, the $1300 fee will be paid as it relates to the Annual Malt and Beverage license application. For the record, Selectman NElls indicated that her daughter worked at the establishment this past summer. She will remain for the discussion for the purpose of maintaining a quorum, exercising the rule of necessity. The Board indicated that this would not be a precedent setting proration. Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to allow the proration- of the Annual Malt and Beverage License of Atlantic Seafood Restaurants, Inc. t $650 as requested for this year only. Motion seconded by Selectman Caf yn. VOTE: Llnanimus. -0. Selectman Mills abstained. Request for Executive Session Minutes: Denise Sullivan subn-fitted a request to the Board relative to obtaining copies of the Executive Session minutes dated August 9, 1993, August 23, 1993 and November 29, 1993. Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve the request for Executive Session minutes as presented. Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. Approval of Personnel Administrator's Performance Evaluation: Enclosed for the Board's approval was the final draft of the performance evaluation of Personnel Administrator, Marilyn Farren. Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the Personnel Administrator's Performance Evaluation as presented. Motion
