DeMouraa4� <br /> DATE: August 31, 1993 <br /> TOPIC: CRITERIA FOR AN EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT <br /> Pursuant to your request the Educational Consultant <br /> employed by the Committee should possess the following <br /> skills and experiences: <br /> familiar with all the legal requirements of <br /> high school construction <br /> familiar with the construction of secondary <br /> schools <br /> a successful relationship with the School <br /> Governance Services department <br /> experience in working with architects <br /> knows how to schedule a high school <br /> knows how to analyze a master schedule <br /> can assist the school department in the <br /> development of a program of studies <br /> a proven record in translating program <br /> requirements into space needs <br /> experience in presenting educational speci- <br /> fications to town groups <br /> knowledge of secondary curriculum <br /> knowledge of secondary education <br /> understands and can articulate the transition <br /> from middle school programs to high school <br /> programs <br /> Thank you for this opportunity for input. <br />
