The Mashpee High hoof Building Committee will need to makes 4 it' s viewsand preferences known to the Selectmen ; at this point the are: ] a. Dr . De u r .} (skills/experience vli t) for scope of work, a. The free schedule obtained from DCPO etc . a. The designer selection guideline from D P . 4 , The architects work to date; site definition 5a. The appraisers work to date on land cost. The Committee needs tO PLIt together a reeds I i t of what results the building architect and the design proses need to provide for the development of the High School - the RFP may consist of some of the following: b . Review findings obtained b the Building Committee from educational on u l tan t program information supported b superintendent' s office, school committee the site feasIbIlity study architect' s report and any and all town and town authority -input. 2b. Meet with organizations and committees to synthesize p r g ram information . 3b. Develop design process with the Building Committee , Selectmen .n d Town Counsel . 4b. Provide detailed engineering on selected site a. s. a. p. if not sooner . 5b. Coordinate with School Governance Authority: Contractual/Fees arrangements with e l admen/T win Counsel . hed lin , Debi fin , on r(A t i on , etc . Materials use qualification . - Reporting process (clerk of works ) , Building Committee, etc. Construction supervision .
