Dinizio explained to the audience the architect would first present a summary of the report , the Committee would ask any questions they had and it would th n be opened to public questions and comments ,, Mr . Dinizio explained the site selection must be completed and available f o r .the December 4 .town meeting . The high c h oo l must e opened by September, 1996 4 The construct-ion drawings must be to the State on June 1 , 1996 and therefore efo this Committee must hire an architectural firm as soon as possible .
