Dinizio explained to the audience the architect would first <br /> present a summary of the report , the Committee would ask any <br /> questions they had and it would th n be opened to public <br /> questions and comments ,, <br /> Mr . Dinizio explained the site selection must be completed and <br /> available f o r .the December 4 .town meeting . The high c h oo l must <br /> e opened by September, 1996 4 The construct-ion drawings must be <br /> to the State on June 1 , 1996 and therefore efo this Committee must <br /> hire an architectural firm as soon as possible . <br /> Mr .
