They have the right to use <br /> Goodspeed road for passage put cannot put any holes in i t. <br /> The Committee discussed the options. They can hand deliver some <br /> of the letters but one parcel owner 1 -ives in New Jersey . They <br /> can call owners to tell them the letter is coming and i <br /> Limperative o send it back. They have permission to use the <br /> south portion (Cranberry Ho`1low) . The 3 sitesA wants to look <br /> at are privately owned - Peters property (owned by West) , Al and <br /> Leary. The <br /> Committee can consider the people and soon after open the price. <br /> As printed in the Enterprise, proposals are due on Sept, 7th , i n <br /> the RFP i's stated to be Sept. 10th .
