rhe site survey is underway and will be complete in 2 weeks . Ian talked to <br /> Bob wh r i tenon r about getting permission from the land owners to go on their <br /> property . M r rt wh r i tenou r would like the committee to handle it themselves <br /> next time . <br /> This morning , the architects and Ian walked the site and have developed <br /> some proposed site layouts to discuss with the Committee.. <br /> Schedule - Bob has asked for comments on the schedule submitted last week . <br /> Ian will meet with Bob to review it and update it. It is a working <br /> document and should be continually updated . <br /> Bob Fournier met briefly with the Building Inspector today and they have <br /> set up a meeting for next Tuesday to review the code evaluation . <br /> Peter asked Tom Fuda l a if there are any environmental groups they should <br /> contact? <br /> Torn said they should contact wE BN R , natural heritage program of the state <br /> Fisheries end wildlife Dept. Torn will give them the organizations and <br /> nates of people they should contact <br /> Thursday ' s _meet is - Ed explained they hope to reach consensus on the worst <br /> the staff has produced during these 3 days . Mark added they would like to <br /> be sure we have an understanding of the relationship of the building and <br /> the site and the relationship of the performing arts center , and <br /> orientation that everyone is comfortable with , There will also be some <br /> proposed arrangements and appearances for the building ,, <br /> The committee will meet on Thursday May 26th at 4; 00 p. m. <br /> Budget -- Bob said they have a meeting with the i.r cost consultant and the <br /> full design team on June 1 . <br /> Cash Flow Projections Ian recently received the figures he needed from <br /> the Architects and met with Bob wh r i tenon r today , They project the town <br /> will have to borrow $500 , 000 every 3 months , M r . wh r i tenou r will take care <br /> of the land , appraisal and legal expenses <br /> subcon s u l tants - hartwe l l has received proposals from all their <br /> subconsu l tants . Ian will give them to Bob wh r i tenou r and he will set up a <br /> meeting with the subcommittee to get approval . The architectural review <br /> consultants should be on board immediately. <br /> Their proposal from Weston and Sampson came it at $10 , 300 while Dames and <br /> Moore was $5 , 000 . <br /> Grey Taylor does not think the scope of wort is a $10 , 000 job. <br /> Steve Greelish said he would go with Ian ' s recommendation since he will <br /> have to wont with them. <br /> Peter directed Ian to go forward with Dames and Moore. <br /> harrette - the 5th and 6th grades will be coming tomorrow 12 : 30-2 : 00 and <br /> it is open to the public from 5 :00-8 : 00. <br /> School Model - at the design development stage, sMiMA will bring some cost <br /> options to the Committee . <br /> SITE ALTERNATIVES <br /> Mark Chen reviewed the site work they had prepared . <br /> First plan was the site with some basic topographyb <br /> Second , showed the utility easements . The utility easement acts as a <br /> border , south of it is unusable , This plan showed the zoning requirements . <br /> Tom explained that only a 40 foot, not 60 foot setback is required off of <br /> 151 because this is a residential zone . They propose a 100 foot setback <br /> form the inland bank . Tom suggested they talk with Fisheries and wildlife <br /> 3 <br />
