Steve said the Southport plant i s built and the equipment is in place but it would take at least another $200 , 000 to make it operational ., Tom also explained the Southport Pr"o�est requires a traffic signal at the intersection of Rte 1 5 1 and o l d Barnstable Rd before they complete their 500th unit.
