Ian will be reviewing it over the next few days . <br /> uboonsultants- last weeks subcommittee meeting approved Tams and Beacon <br /> Construction . The invitation process for sewage treatment review may have <br /> been flawed and they will go out for proposal again . They will ask for <br /> sealed bids , <br /> S A was asked to provide their subconsultants for approval . <br /> Bob prepared- a letter listing 4 consultants which are different from what <br /> was in their proposal : <br /> Chiles will do the teach programming , Daedu l as as cost estimators , DeFao, <br /> Wait and Pare - STP design , BSS for land survey (were identified as <br /> landscape architects ) and Richard Foster was listed as project manager , he <br /> will coordinate regulatory agencies . <br /> I'an explained SMMA has been requested to provide a. fee proposal for a <br /> detailed schematic Design estimate . The estimate is for $8 , 800 from <br /> Daedu l as* Ian feels the fee i s reasonable and the estimate is essential to <br /> have. Bob said it is better to have a detailed cost estimate up front# <br /> Joe made a motion to expand S A' s scope of services to provide a <br /> schematic cost estimate for a fee not to exceed $8 , 800 . Janice <br /> seconded the motion . The Committee can use that as a <br /> basis for starting ., <br /> Gerry sue said there are 2 levels , furnishirig and technology. we want <br /> someone to show us 21st century furnishings . <br /> Steve said equipping the middle school was the most difficult part of the <br /> process and they worked with the architect.
