The Committee needs a resolution from the Selectmen on this issue ., Paul made a motion to ask the Selectmen to put on their agenda the issue of where the main office for Leisure Services should be - in town hall or the high school . what space will they need to house that program? Athletic Program: The Committee reviewed the report from the Subcommittee of Merry Sue , D r . DeMou ra and Gus Fredricks . Football , needs lights . They chose 700 sets for the stadium. She reminded everyone these spaces are just for high school program, 7 & 8th grade wi 1 l require that much more space . Baseball/softball- little league does not need any more fields so those can be eliminated . Lights should be planned for the future . Water - should the fields be irrigated? whi h ones. Paul said this i s a great wish list, but knowing the cast of construction , we have quickly exceeded our budget . Bill Mart i ros noted , during the town hall project, many people wanted an outdoor place for concerts. Maybe this could be incorporated .
