Mr. Griffin made a motion to appoint Steve Greelish and Michael Pare to the computer/technical sub committee to create a mission statement as a first step and coordinate with the school department. Ms. Ahlgren seconded the motion. All members in favor 7-01, Mr, Greelish stated they will probably explain to the school department what is possible. There i s tremendous possibility if a flexible system i s designed. Electro-magnetic fields - M r. Gree 1 i sh volunteered his company to do a formal presentation on EMF effects for the public* Mr. Griffin stated the Committee owes it to the community to say we looked at it and it is not a problem. Mr, Griffin made a motion to appoint Bill Jones and Steve reelish to the EMF sub committee, Ms, Ahlgren seconded the motion. A 1 1 members were in favor 7-0. ** Land Purchase the Committee agreed to wait until an Architect is hired. Mr, D i n i z i o explained he researched Mr. Jones ' question of poss i b 1 h av i n g a portion of the building open, ` n time. He spoke with Mr. Eranceschi , DPA who said it would be very difficult to do, For a certificate of occupancy, everything in that wing has to be operating 100%, You will have to pay a premium to have a portion of the work done and a huge premium will be paid to accelerate the schedule. Bill Jones suggested the Committee research the facts and get the estimates - cost of options. He suggested having a running cost- value analysis for the entire project. Mr. D i n i i o asked that a personal invitation be sent to each selectperson and the Executive secretary to attend the interviews.
