Ricci said they propose a joint venture. They will all be involved i n designing and construction documents phase work . BTA is seeking work because they are about to complete the Prudential job, All of the management people are in place and they would have to engage some of the people to do drawing and model work. They responded that State building codes are what they work with. p They have read the state educational requirements carefully and spoke with the school board . They were concerned with the size of the project and the time allotment, when they put together their proposal they developed a timeline, to see if there is any lee war in the deadline .
