He does not d i s 1 i ke Pau 1 , he <br /> is a very hard worker but in the past few months he has gotten the <br /> impression that a lot of the initial wishes of the committee got culled out <br /> i n the negotiating of the contracts and are now coming to the surface . The <br /> process is not as open as t should be , The total committee needs more <br /> ' <br /> involvement in the decisions. H e does not object to delegation of <br /> o r i t but i t has to be tempered.. He i s here only to try to do <br /> the best job for the school . <br /> Steve said if Paul made a commitment to keep this an open process, then he <br /> has his vote also. <br /> Paul said absolutely he will .
