If an agreement cannot be reached in that time, <br /> the <br /> slue i 1 l ut to the end of the meeting. Everyone ag reed <br /> SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT CONSULTANT PROPOSAL <br /> ' e l ai ned the received a letter from DeFeo wait and Rare and <br /> Bob Fournier p <br /> agreement <br /> theireeve nt with SMMA. Bob would like <br /> their are willing to terminate � <br /> the committee to formally vote to ask DeFeo wait and Fare to terminate <br /> their agreement with SMMA. Gooch cause is the only clear reasons to <br /> s a 'd al thou h there was some dissatisfaction <br /> terminate a contract and Bob � <br /> on the part of the Committee, it is not clearly cause* <br /> to request the agreement between DeFeo Wait <br /> � Janice made a motion � <br /> and Fare and S mores Ma i n i and McKee be terminated, Merry Sue <br /> seconded the motion. <br /> Discussion .- <br /> Paul <br /> iscussionPaul ased the motion be amended to say it is a non binding Grote by the <br /> Committee ee because they don 't have any legal right to terminate a contract. <br /> Janice amended the motion to ask the agreement be term i Hated but <br /> this is a non binding vote of the Committee, Merry Sue seconded <br /> the motion. <br /> Committee i ttee a reed to discuss SMMA' s proposal for a new consultant before <br /> The g <br /> voting on this motion . <br /> !dates to submit proposals: R i zo, Woodard and Curran <br /> invited nvited S sand <br /> and Weston and Sampson .
