This document says it is <br /> 184, 000, which Ray says is not correct. The building is on CAD, which says <br /> it is ;just under 183,000 sq feet. <br /> Daedalus explained their calculations were taken off by hand and he i s not <br /> surprised by a small deviation like this. <br /> Ray said if you deduct the 1 ,000 sq feet oast your can reduce $200, 000 right <br /> off the top. <br /> Ed asked if everyone wants to go with this estimate or come to ars agreement <br /> on some amount to reduce it by? <br /> Torn Wren noted it i s only a 1 deviation .
