Paul explained to the committee that the percentage of payment for Chartwell is 78 billed to date. From a business stand point, - he personally cannot recommend the committee pay the fee. The percentage completed greatly exceeds time l eft in the p ro'ect. What is the solution? To send the bill back to them. Ian said the work is there , a bit more is being done.
