It is not yet Title V approved , Paul <br /> told him to call Elias McQuaid. <br /> The cost for a 50, 000 gallon per day system is $600 ,000 and you don ' t need <br /> a building, <br /> ' es has had several meet i ngs with BEP and they are intrigued .
