Do we want teachers to <br /> have to go out to the corridor to watch 2 classrooms. <br /> Janice said there needs to be 2 exits to a room for safety. <br /> Paul said the second door near the entrance is useless. <br /> How do you handle the orphan classroom on the end? <br /> Ray said he is wiling to try to work on a solution , but this is unusual for <br /> him, he has never been asked to do this before. <br /> It is an important issue because a lot of plans will have to be changed. <br /> Paul suggested a change that will allow the classrooms to be monitored from <br /> the front of the room. The orphan room will not be the same but it meets <br /> the requirements in all other cases. It will require doing the electrical <br /> wiring differently . Steve does not think it is an expensive change. <br /> After careful review, it seems the same number of doors will be needed in <br /> either case.
