MASH PEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE <br /> TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28 , 1995 <br /> TOWN HALL, <br /> Members Present: Si 1 1 Marti ros , Steve Creel i sh , Paul Griffin , Peter <br /> Dini zio, Merry Sue Ahlgren , Joe Polito <br /> Also Present: Ian Aitchison , Tom Wren , Phil Poi nel l i , Mike Pi etrowski , Dr. <br /> DeMou ra, D r, Elizabeth Pett i , Bill Hauck, Gus Fredricks, Manny Tavares <br /> Meeting ng convened at 4: 05 p , m a <br /> MINUTES <br /> Merry Sue made a motion to approve the minutes of February 7 and <br /> 14 , Joe seconded the motion. <br /> Tom wren said Feb. 14, pg 2 minutes say Joel Seeley said the CCTV conduit <br /> and cabling is in the building , Tori i s not sure that is the case . <br /> Paul agreed that was not what was said at last night' s meeting with the <br /> Selectmen . He asked Phil to check on it. <br /> All Members were in favor 6-0** <br /> Steve thought fixed cabling was included in the building estimate but <br /> again , that was not what wa said last night* He needs clarification . <br /> Joe said he was concerned when he heard it was in FF & E . <br /> Phil will g+e t clarification . <br /> Paul said it is in the specs- subsection of 1600 but has it been included <br /> in the estimate . <br /> Steve thinks things ars leaking out of the main contract and into FF E. <br /> �- Paul told Phil that Town Counsel has asked for a breakdown of CCR } s work , <br /> show how they derived that pricel <br /> -- Bi 1 1 Hauck presented a list of i teas he us asking SMMA to look at, A lot <br /> of the comments may have been addressed in the new set of drawings which <br /> Bi 11 has not seen yet. <br /> Joe asked if Joel looked at his comments on the So drawings <br /> Phil does not know if those comments have or have not been addressed . <br /> �- Letter for Barnstable county Department of Health regarding the air <br /> quality i n the building . They would like to see a minimum of 20 cubic <br /> feet per person . Phil said it is presently above the ASHRA standard <br /> Letter from Chartwell re : a meeting with John o' Brien . Ian was told there <br /> are Federal Funds available to help support the technology if ashpee joins <br /> with other schools or colleges in the area. Steve will follow up on this6i <br /> Richard Purri er, works for the school department had some comments on the <br /> drawings . loading dock question . Phil explained the loading dock no longer <br /> exists , There will be a portable , hydraulic lift. <br /> Mr . Pu r r i e r asked where he could repair equipment, if there is no outside <br /> building? The committee explained there is now a grounds equipment <br /> building , near the STP. <br /> He had a question on the sprinklers . Phil explained every space if fully <br /> 1 <br />
