MASH PEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28 , 1995 TOWN HALL, Members Present: Si 1 1 Marti ros , Steve Creel i sh , Paul Griffin , Peter Dini zio, Merry Sue Ahlgren , Joe Polito Also Present: Ian Aitchison , Tom Wren , Phil Poi nel l i , Mike Pi etrowski , Dr. DeMou ra, D r, Elizabeth Pett i , Bill Hauck, Gus Fredricks, Manny Tavares Meeting ng convened at 4: 05 p , m a MINUTES Merry Sue made a motion to approve the minutes of February 7 and 14 , Joe seconded the motion. Tom wren said Feb. 14, pg 2 minutes say Joel Seeley said the CCTV conduit and cabling is in the building , Tori i s not sure that is the case . Paul agreed that was not what was said at last night' s meeting with the Selectmen . He asked Phil to check on it. All Members were in favor 6-0** Steve thought fixed cabling was included in the building estimate but again , that was not what wa said last night* He needs clarification . Joe said he was concerned when he heard it was in FF & E . Phil will g+e t clarification . Paul said it is in the specs- subsection of 1600 but has it been included in the estimate . Steve thinks things ars leaking out of the main contract and into FF E. �- Paul told Phil that Town Counsel has asked for a breakdown of CCR } s work , show how they derived that pricel -- Bi 1 1 Hauck presented a list of i teas he us asking SMMA to look at, A lot of the comments may have been addressed in the new set of drawings which Bi 11 has not seen yet. Joe asked if Joel looked at his comments on the So drawings Phil does not know if those comments have or have not been addressed . �- Letter for Barnstable county Department of Health regarding the air quality i n the building . They would like to see a minimum of 20 cubic feet per person . Phil said it is presently above the ASHRA standard Letter from Chartwell re : a meeting with John o' Brien . Ian was told there are Federal Funds available to help support the technology if ashpee joins with other schools or colleges in the area. Steve will follow up on this6i Richard Purri er, works for the school department had some comments on the drawings . loading dock question . Phil explained the loading dock no longer exists , There will be a portable , hydraulic lift. Mr . Pu r r i e r asked where he could repair equipment, if there is no outside building? The committee explained there is now a grounds equipment building , near the STP. He had a question on the sprinklers . Phil explained every space if fully 1
