S sprinklered , though it did not show on those drawings , Boilers - Mr , Pu r r i e r said every boiler has to have a high/low water and high/low heat with a shut off valve . Paul said there should be an isolation valve. They did not show on the 80 drawings but he asked sA to include it. Mr . Pu r r i e r said low water has to be there also for the insurance company ., H asked, if there is no irrigation system in the ba l l f i e l ds , how will their get water , i s there any chance of puttiong in a well ? If he has to hook up to a hydrant it will cost money ,. Paul said they appreciate that, the committee will be going over the list of alternates and the well and irrigation ars on the list. They will breakout the cost of the well . Paul asked Phil to send two sets of the new drawings , one for the Committee and one to be available in town hall . Bill asked Mr. Puri`i er if 400 sq feet was sufficient amount of space for the storage/garages? what height he would prefer" Mr. Pu r r i e r said he would think about. The building will have electricity and some heat Mr. Purri er said he would only like to see 2 doors with locks, the front door and loading dock . The rest should be 1 way -out only P Phil said the building is designed for multiple approaches . Dr . DeMou r~a said the fewer outside door handles and locks the better . Paul agrees. He had asked for magnetic holders on these doors , they shouldn ' t need any other hardware. He sent a letter a. long time ago regarding this issue to SNDA . Phil reviewed the building and the deers people w111 need access from at north side of building , student drop off - needs pulls . -- west side , handicap access for students , needs pulls . - west side of library the "junior high access, needs pulls . -- Main entrance . - Access to the gym, on the west side between the gym and teachers ' dining needs pulls . Service area needs pulls. All other door will just have egress hardware Paul said there should be magnetic locks so the doors can ' t be opened unless there is an emergency. Bill Hauck suggested the Fire Department have a review of that, they may need to gain access. Paul said there is a security system, with card entry system. Keys should be limited to f or 2 doors . He suggested SMMA review this and talk with him Before the end of the week . Bill Hauck said they should review the codes there should be panic hardware , Mr. Purr i er asked that the loam for the bal l f i e l ds be specified loam and not wood loam, You cannot grow grass with wood loan,, Phil goes not think that will be an issue since the landscape architect will be specifying the loam but he will check i t, 2
