The information the town needs is different <br /> from the information the contractor needs . He has backed off from that <br /> request. <br /> Phil said they also addressed all of Sheldon Hambl i n ' e concerns ( Fire <br /> Department) but he has not been in touch with him yet. <br /> -- Joe said the committee would like to see an up to date site plan , a <br /> colored rendering of what is now i n the site plan . <br /> -- Tom wren said Chartwell suggested the contractor be required to produce a <br /> schedule using a critical path method . <br /> Phil said SMMA agrees . They did not identify a software , however. <br /> -� Phil gave committee members an updated schedule . <br /> -� The sewage treatment plant peer review is being completed and will be <br /> available tomorrow. Chartwell will send it directly to SMMA. <br /> Paul said the option for c romag l ass is not in there and he doesn ' t know <br /> why? <br /> Phil read a letter from Woodard and Curran which says fiberglass is not <br /> excluded . <br /> Stere does not thinks c romag l ae s can do i t, with this level of detail in <br /> the drawings . <br /> Phil said they designed it to a specific criteria and if a manufacturer <br /> cannot meet that criteria, it is possible they can 't bid the job. <br /> Stere said the drawings show rectangular tanks and elevation requirements <br /> which may be a problem but they can ' t do anything about it now. <br /> Tom wren gave the committee a memo outlining the costs associated with <br /> MEPA and cape cod commission required studies . It has cost the town <br /> 6070000 <br /> Paul asked that SMMA addressed any of the issues in "matters pendin f o r <br /> the next meeting. <br /> Phil said the wildlife refuge map has been faxed to Chartwell ., <br /> Liquidated damages - there has been discussion between Dr . DeMour-a, Town <br /> Council and Joel Seeley regarding th i'e matter. Town council does not want <br /> to leave it open ended. <br /> As built drawings - under MMA' s contract they are not required to be on <br /> CACI. The contractor provides them to SMMA. <br /> Line item break down fee for CCR and Woodard and Curran was faxed to <br /> Chartwell . <br /> Paul said he received it and it is unacceptable. The level of information <br /> was incorrect. He spoke to Joel Seeley about it . <br /> CLERK OF THE WORKS DISCUSSION <br /> Phil presented the AIA document (8352 ) regarding clerk of the works . <br />
