MASH PEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE TUESDAY, MAY 16 , 1995 TOWN HALL Members Present . Paul Griffin, Janice Mills , merry Sue Ahlgren, Peter Diniz io , stere reel i-sh, Joe Polito Also Present : Tom wren, Ian Aitchison, goal Seeley, Jim Byrne , Br. Lincoln DeMoura, dike Pietrows i , Greg Taylor Meeting convened at 4 : 07 p.m. MINUTES Merry sue made a. motion to approve the minutes of April 18th. and 24th. Joe seconded the motion. Toms wren said on April 24th, pg , 9 , discussing Jack Winn not being available , amend to read he was not available for an interview. ** All members were in favor. ** CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT The Board of selectmen executed the construction contract with Stone on May 8th, and issued a notice to proceed on May 9th. Where was a pre-construction conference held on May 5th Joe explained the contractor is required to submit a. schedule of values to days before a. requisition but they will not be submitting a requisition for this month They are required to submit a preliminary schedule of work within the first 10 days , for the first 60 days of construction and they have 30 days to submit a detailed schedule for the entire project . They are working on the preliminary schedule * The first progress meeting will be held on May 23rd at 8 : 00 a..m. at town hall until the contractor has a trailer set up. Joel proposed the Building Committee meet on the last Tuesday of the month and the progress meetings will be held 1 week earlier ( 3rd Tuesday of the month) . At that meeting the contractor will submit their draft requisition, it will be rev i ewe d by SMMA and Chartwellcorrected and the final requisition will be submitted to the Building Committee the following week ( last Tuesday of the month) * Paul requested the progress meeting be held on wedne.sday mornings , so he can attend , if necessary. That is OK with Joel They will be he Id on the first and third Wednesday s of the month* The Building Committee will meet definitely on the last Tuesday of the month, and possibly more often on an as needed basis (Definite meeting dates of June 27th and July 25th) 1
