The CPM showed it <br /> would take 21 days to complete but now they are saying it can be <br /> done in 8--10 . <br /> Joel said given the situation SMMA will try to turn around <br /> submittals in 1-2 days to keep things going , it is in the best <br /> interest of the overall project . <br /> Tom said hopefully SMMA will not be put in this position to marry <br /> times . <br /> Mr . Barthelmes said they are increasing administration staff for <br /> this project . He will be on site a minimum of 4 days and are <br /> hiring an additional person who will be doing all the paperwork <br /> prevailing wage , EEO, this frees up his time , <br /> Mark Tetreault , his assistant will work on getting shop drawings <br /> on time . Mike Delsisto , Assist Superintendent will be in the <br /> field 4 days per week for now. <br /> Paul asked at what point they will add basic laborers? Herb <br /> seemed to be doing things a laborer would be doing . <br /> Mr. Barthelmes said they will be sorting that out . <br /> Bill Hauck would like to see the sprinkler shop drawings . <br /> Mr . Barthelmes said once they are passed through the Fire Dept . <br /> then they will go to SMMA. <br /> INTERIM PAYMENT RECOMMENDATION <br /> At the last meeting , the Committee voted to hold payment until <br /> receipt of prevailing wage information, shop drawing submittal <br /> schedule and CPM . <br /> Tom said Chartwell is recommending payment of the second <br /> requisition. <br /> 3 <br />
