They billed A, B & C at 100% complete * <br /> ** All members were in favor -0** <br /> Tom Wren said usually Chartwell prepares a, recommendation letter <br /> but they gust got these figures before this meeting . <br /> Tom said there have been some problem with wage returns . He <br /> presented a copy of a letter he received from Stone outlining the <br /> discrepancies . That is why the payment was held last month. <br /> Predominantly, they are paying the prevailing wage but there are <br /> a few areas where the wages have been left out . <br /> Paul told. SMM . to send them a letter, if these items are not <br /> corrected prior to the next payment , they will not be paid. It <br /> is stone ' s responsibility, not the town' s . <br /> CHANGE ORDER #21 <br /> Joel reviewed the items : <br /> -meter for wastewater treatment plant : $1 , 800 <br /> - <br /> attic temperature sensor to activate the fan above the cez l ing <br /> storm water catch basin, east side of tennis courts. It was not <br /> evident until area was all cleared. <br /> - switch for dimming cabinet in auditorium <br /> - power feed to kiln. No kiln was known at time of design, so it <br /> 5 <br />
