Pat Costello asked him how may people have been here on the job this week? <br /> Mfr. Johnson said Mike,,the superintendent, 1 laborer and -3 carpentersâ– The painters had a <br /> man crew and the caulkers were here. <br /> Mfr. Johnson feels they are on tract to resolving the punch list. <br /> Cooperative work environment: Mr. Johnson said Stone is prepared to do whatever it takes to <br /> create a team again. He proposed regular meetings with the town., architects,Chartwell and <br /> Stone on a scheduled basis - this is important. He does not sense a good back and forth to get <br /> issues resolved. <br /> He would also like top ut on the table a possible change in personalities which is sometimes <br /> helpful when there is a deadlock. This is important to give some consideration to.. Stone will <br /> have a new superintendent and Mir. Johnson will be managing the prod ect. <br /> Financial issues: Mfr. Johnson stated they have pips of subs who are owed money, Stone is in <br /> need of an understanding of what will happen with payment in order to .Wade decisions frorn a <br /> financial perspective. Now the subs are paralyzed. Where are$433,000 of outstanding change <br /> p p p <br /> estimates and another collection that have been rejected, That is almost one-half of a million <br /> dollars above the original contract which needs to be resolved. They also request consideration <br /> ona ment application 17, which was submitted in December. <br /> p y pp . <br /> Stone also issued a request for Substantial Completion this week. It usually comes part and <br /> parcel with occupancy. <br /> Pat Costello said there is an agreement that substantial completion will not be issued until all the <br /> work is completed. <br /> Mfr. Johnson said that was an agreement, but agreements can be modified,, <br /> They also request reconsideration of the agreements regarding schedule extensions. A schedule <br /> extension was requested with the change estimates. <br /> Pat Costello asked Johnson where weg o from here} in his opinion's A schedule going <br /> through August to complete the 'ob troubles hire. what will be done by the end of February? <br /> Mfr.
