a Mike Pietroski said in the original planning, it was his understanding that every classroom would have an AMX box. They were inadvertently omitted on the second floor. In his opinion this is an errors and omissions issue. Paul said the Committee will take up all the errors and omissions issues at another time. They were in dangerous daces so they were taken down and put on cabinets but they are too high and not secured. At today's meeting they identified the rooms with this problem. Perhaps carts could be purchased to put them on. Paul does not like carts, they are toe top heavy. Dr. DeMoura agrees. There are a lot of litigation issues on that. Paul said we will have to go back and investigate each of these. Where may not be one solution for all 13 rooms. Merry Sue made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval a change order for HB Communications for$5 500 for amplifier and built in blockers for the cable system.
