It should have been a performance spec. Joel said there are several sides to that issue. Paul said at one time Continental was willing to wire the building, why won't they provide amplification? Without it you cannot control the centralized distribution system for video. we need to burr 1 more boxes. Joel explained that the AMX boxes were added with the technology change order. Paul said we issued HB that contract in September, why has it taken so long to get this piece out? Joel said that is a valid point. It is partly because the rooms were not being used.
