They need to know how much money is available to be spent on this building because it will effect priorities. -Johnson Controls: Jim Byrne received a price of$2,400 for a modem for Ikon Cook's house so he can control the heating system from there. They would like to be able to hook the 3 schools up to this computer. Johnson controls will not budge on the price. Paul said he recommends we do it but he wants 48 hours to review the spec. Paul made a motion to forward tot he Selectmen for approval and change order for Johnson controls for$2,400 for a-modem and software for the energy management system. Merry Sue seconded the motion. All members were in favor -o John Williams said he remembers the Committee voting on a specific scoreboard but no one can find documentation on which one was approved. Paul told him to re-look at the two boards and decide on the one he wants. Remember to look at the maintenance costs for each.
