Jiro will get a pn'ce estimate. If it is very high, he will call the members before proceeding with any work. Jan'ce said the columns in front of the cafeteria are chipped, Jim said it is a maintenance issue. Chartwell could have them fixed-plastered and painted. After that, it is the School Department's responsibility. Janice asked if the sewage treatment plant problem has been addressed? Jim said it had fallen through the cracks. It will be addressed. King Landscaping has to re-grade around it. Janice asked if Atlantic Alarms has been paid? Jinx said they have been. w. Merry Sue mentioned that Ian sent a very nice donation to the lashpee Beautification Council for the beautification of the school grounds. The Committee will send a thank you letter. The Committee discussed the concession stand. Merry Sue said if the Boosters Club has a concession stand they would have a place to raise additional funds for other activities and that will go back into programs. Janice said she is inclined to fund it because we would then only be paying % of the cost. She would also like to purchase another set of portable stands that could be moved from field to field, since there are none at the baseball, softball fields. Merry Sue also noticed there are no benches at the baseball fields for the players to sit on. Peter said he wants to review the entire list of requests at one time. It is theCommittee's responsibility not to spend the money frivolously . The Committee has done an excellent job of that all through the job. He said we must find out if a concession stand is reimbursable. Meeting adj ourned at 5;10 p,m. The members will be contacted when the next meeting date has been determined.
