Lincoln Dell oura, John Williams, Michael Home, Kathy Lynch Meeting convened at 4:05 p.m, NHNUTES Derry Sue made a motion to approve the minutes of August 26". Janice seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Paul explained the Town of l ashpee is being sued by one of Stone}s subcontractors for$67,200. Town Counsel doesn't see any basis for their claim against us. Tcchnoloay Paul had a conference call with Arlie Kirwin., who could not attend this meeting. Everyone is taring to determine why the TVs are not working properly. Mike Kirwin does not believe the cabling is the problem (nor does IB).Although the connectors were not put on correctly, Griffin Electric fixed it and checked every connection. Everyone now believes the problem is the amplification of the signal. They disagree as to whether HB is responsible for it or not. Mike lirn has a sub contractor corning here Monday or Tuesday and by October 'they will clearly define the problern to Paul. They may have to put signal boosters at the closet. Paul told then he wants a decisive answer by October 10th at the latest. We are holding an adequate amount of money from flB, $36,000. Technology Interim Parents; CIC is submitting a partial payment for phase If technology, everything has been installed. Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for payment an invoice for CIC for 83776.15 and BB Commum'cations for$46,956.13. All members were in favor 5- Paul has asked Mike Kirwin to get signed releases from all of his vendors, We are holding$8,000 from National Telecom because of the-mobile telephone. We want a signed release saying his work is complete and everything has been billed. He would like all this to be cleaned up by next month. Furniture and Fixtures Where are vendors who have had contracts for over a year and not fulfilled them.. Paul has asked Chart-well to send letters to all of these vendors giving them 2 weeks to close our their accounts: either submit the equipment or bill us for delivered equipment. For items that were not delivered, he suggested the Superintendent should decide what they still
