a <br /> Jim Byrne said that Chartwell is recommending paying off National Telecom. we have received <br /> a release form frons then. Last month's balance was X000, today's invoice is for$1,570, <br /> which would put$7,500 back into the budget. Next month Chartwell will be submitting a bill <br /> for$31600 for John Williams' walkie talkies(which rational Telecom could not provide). <br /> CIC Systems Phase lit Joe Au enblick did not concur with paring them off. Chartwell is <br /> recommending paying CIC half of their remaining contract. <br /> Paul made a motion to forward for payment S 1570 for National Telecom and <br /> $35 73 . 5 for CIC systems, for a total of 7 30 . 5. Merry Sue seconded the <br /> motion. <br /> h ii ke P ietrows ki said the Committee has given approval for additional phone work with our <br /> vendors. They need programing software and passwords and cedes from National Telecom. <br /> hEke Kirwin will check into that. Jing Byrne said he chased all that information last week. <br /> John Willi ams', Joe Augenblick and NEke Pletrowski will work together to investigate all <br /> locations that may need additional phone lines or data cabling and get a price estimate for the <br /> work. The Committee would like to see this done all at one time. <br /> Requests froth Don Cook he explained he could not get to the top of the auditorium to change a <br /> light bulb, he would like to purchase a ladder for that purpose. <br /> Paul said he should make sure it meets OSHA standards and suggested getting a magnesium one. <br /> Vinyl base in corridors: Don said all along the hallways: where the block meets the tile, he <br /> suggested installing a vinyl base to prevent scuff marks. <br /> Paul explained that the architects wanted a clear finish to the floor. He would like to talk to Ed <br /> Frenette first about this. He will also be talking to him about the front columns. <br /> Don said the base will make it easier to keep clean. The base at the Coombs is holding up well. <br /> Janice nude a motion to approve the ladder and cove base, not to exceed$6,000. <br /> Hera Sue seconded the motion, All members were in favor 6-0** <br /> Don asked about the outdoor scoreboard.. where is it going, is there pipe for electricity to run to <br /> it? John Williams has talked with the installer about these issues. <br /> Gutter Repair: Don tried to get the roofer to come back to nuke these repairs with no results. <br /> Don called a roofer for an estimate for the work which heeds to be done. It will cost about <br /> VA00 to put rubber seals on all the joints. <br /> John Williams said they did not receive all the weight equipment that is needed because the <br /> entire package was not bid on. They need $1,870.50 worth of equipment. Half the equipment <br /> there is not useable because of missing Parts. <br /> 3 <br />
