DeMoura expressed a concern about groundwater which seems to be corning up. it is
evident in the tiles on the first floor, some are lifting in the cafeteria and there is water
underneath.
Paul does not think it is a groundwater problem. The concrete is still drying most likely. The
second floor can breath. It is a natural situation of a new building.
Dr, DeMoura expressed concern about the carpeting`
Paul said the moisture can come up through the carpet, it can breath better than tile.
Ikon Cook explained that he sent a piece of the to a lab because of this. The tab said the stain
starts at the top and goes partially through. He does not yet have the results of what the stain
actually is. When he receives written results he will send thorn to SNffvlA and the the
manufacturer.
Jim explained that the town has received a request for information, a list of 25 items. Chartwell
gave there a price for compiling and copying all that information. The town will have to decide
how they want to keep access to this information. It may be better for people requesting the
information to carne to Chartwell's office.
Jim said handicap violations is another issue.
