Mills made a motion to approved the change to policy GCHA, seconded by Mrs. <br /> Stanley. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> X. CPA funding <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw informed the Committee that the deadline to submit CPA requests to <br /> town lull is April 1 st. At this time, Mrs. Bradshaw was not aware of any requests. <br /> There was discussion that the Boys and Girls Club would like students to be bussed to <br /> the club after school on inclement weather days. Mrs. Bradshaw informed the <br /> Committee at this time the bus company is unable to accommodate this request. They <br /> are working on a solution. <br /> Mrs. Grady asked that Mrs. Bradshaw look into overnight parking for the school grans <br /> at town hall. Mrs. Bradshaw informed her she would follow up with Ms. Lugo. <br /> X1. Execrative Session <br /> Mrs. Mills made a notion, seconded by Mrs. Stanley, to move into executive session <br /> at 7:40 p.m. for the purpose of litigation, personnel, and negotiations. <br /> Doll Call Vote: In favor-Mrs. Grady, Mrs. Stanley, and Mrs. Mills; opposed- none. <br /> X11.
