MASF PEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 25, 2018 <br /> 3. Conditioned that the proposed bathroom be approved as a half-bath consisting of a <br /> lavatory and a toilet, no shower can be allowed. <br /> 4. Conditioned upon no kitchen facilities. <br /> 5. Conditioned that the heating system be a Modine type heating system or similar. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded to approve the conditions read into the motion. <br /> Chairman Furbush polled the Board to approve the Written Finding. Mr. Blaisdell yes, Mr. <br /> Goldstein, yes, Mr. Gould, yes, Ms. Sangeleer yes and Mr. Furbush, no. The petition <br /> passed; 4 in favor, and I opposed for the bathroom in the garage. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Board to confirm meeting date of Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm regarding raze <br /> and replace bylaw. <br /> -Approve July 11, 2018 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Pittsley seconded. All <br /> were in Favor. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed.) <br /> The Board had a discussion on a revised policy sent through Town interoffice regarding <br /> Board appointments and re-appointments. The Board needs some clarification whether to <br /> attend a Selectmen's meeting if appointed to a full Board member, and if re-appointments <br /> require attendance at Selectmen hearings. <br /> Mr. Pittsley made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Blaisdell seconded. All were in favor_.
