Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 8.2010 <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Cage Cod Resources Restoration Project: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to send a letter of support to the <br /> USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service for the Santuit Pond <br /> Ilam,John's Pond Dam and Shoestring Bay for funding though the <br /> Cape Cod Nater Resources Restoration Project. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cool, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> decision on funded projects is expected to be announced ill mid-April. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> Public Hearin —Fidde Co db Carbos Grille and Bar—Request t <br /> Close for Renovations: <br /> Selectman Taylor stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic of <br /> discussion. <br /> The Board of Selectmen acting as the licensing authority for the Town of, <br /> Mashpee opened the Public Hearing on the request of Fidde Corp., d/b/a. <br /> a <br /> Carbos Grille& Bar, Edmund Richardi, hanger,to close for the period <br /> from February 22, 201 o up to April 5, 201 o for renovations. <br /> The hearing notice was read into the record, Edmund Richardi, Manager <br /> was in attendance to discuss the license application with the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> 11r. Richardi indicated he intends to close the facility to upgrade the floor, <br /> bar and seating,to-re-establish the facility as a Mexican Restaurant. When <br /> asked why Mr. Richardi did not inform the Selectmen prior to this date of <br /> the intended closure, M . Richardi stated he was not aware of the ABCC <br /> requi <br />
