2 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> minutes <br /> May 3, 2010 <br /> Present: Selectman Myers, Selectman Cook, Selectman Cahalane, <br /> Selectman'Taylor, Selectman Richardson <br /> Town Manager Joyce Mason <br /> Attendees: Town Counsel Patrick Costello , <br /> Town Moderator Jeremy Carter <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Myers at 6:11 p.m. <br /> Mashpee High School—Room B 12 Main Office Conference Room) <br /> ITW BUSINESS: <br /> Town Clerk—Request to Place Signs on Ro - <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cook to dace the above referenced topic <br /> on the Selectmen's agenda. . <br /> Motion'seconded by Selectman Cahalane,* <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Deborah Danmi, the Town Clerk was in attendance to request the <br /> Selectmen approve the placement of temporary signs at the Mashpee <br /> Rotary to announce the Town Election on Saturday, May 8, 2010, Mrs. <br /> Dmi indicated,there has been an issue with stolen signage. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the placement of <br /> temporary Town Election signage at the Mashpee Rotary as <br /> requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cook. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. - . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> ec elfin Presentation: <br /> Prior to the start of Ton fleeting, it was agreed a brief presentation <br /> would be made on benefits of reeyelmg.
