Draft 3 <br /> 31512014 <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Special Town Meeting Warrant <br /> Mashpee High School <br /> Monday, May 5, 2014 <br /> Barnstable, ss: <br /> Greetings to the Constables of the Town, <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to <br /> notify and summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to <br /> vote in the elections to meet at the Mashpee High School on Monday, the 5th day <br /> of May 2014 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes: <br /> To act on the articles contained in the following Warrant: <br /> Article 1 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from available funds <br /> $3,520.90 to pay previous fiscal year unpaid bills as follows: <br /> Troy Milles, Vacation Buyback FY2013 $2,894.00 <br /> Vicki Govoni, Longevity $ 275.00 <br /> Electronic Recyclers International— Mass, Inc. 351.90 <br /> TOTAL $3,520.90 <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Article 2 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from available funds <br /> $ to the Snow & Ice Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Department of Public Works <br /> Explanation: This article is necessary to fund a deficit in the Snow & Ice <br /> Account. <br /> Article 3 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to transfer $110,000 from the Assessors Overlay <br /> Surplus Account to the Assessors Revaluation Account. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Assessors <br />
