Under the CPA Act, up to 5% of the annual CPA funds may be <br /> spent on operation and administrative costs of the Community Preservation <br /> Committee. Costs include legal fees, technical reviews, appraisal costs, signage, <br /> annual Community Preservation Coalition dues, administrative wages, office <br /> supplies and similar costs associated to and incidental to the development of a <br />
