Draft 3 <br /> 31512014 <br /> Amend the first sentence of Section 174-62 by replacing the phrase "Flood <br /> Insurance Administration Flood Rate Maps" with the phrase "Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency Flood Insurance Rate Maps"; <br /> Amend the first sentence of Section 174-65 by replacing the phrase "Zones A-1- <br /> 30, AH and AE" with the phrase "Zone AE"; <br /> Amend Section 174-66 by replacing the phrase "Zones Al-30" with the phrase <br /> "Zone AU in the first sentence and by replacing the word "Lots" in Subsection A <br /> with the term "Manufactured homes"; <br /> Renumber Section 174-68 to become Section 174-70 and add the following new <br /> Sections 174-68 and 69: <br /> "§174-68. Subdivisions. <br /> All subdivision proposals shall be designed to ensure that: <br /> A. Such proposals minimize flood damage; <br /> B. All public utilities and facilities are located and constructed to minimize <br /> or eliminate flood damage; and <br /> C.
