Draft 3 <br /> 31512014 <br /> Article I — Miscellaneous Requirements <br /> §4-1 Residency Qualifications: <br /> All members of elected Town boards, commissions and committees must be <br /> Mashpee residents as of the date of their election and throughout their terms of <br /> office. The office of all elected officers of the Town shall be deemed to have <br /> been vacated upon removal of the elected officer from the Town. <br /> Or take any other action related thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Article 18 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to <br /> prepare a plan laying out and defining Annawon Road, Canonchet Avenue, Crow <br /> Road, Huron Avenue, Metacom Road, Mohawk Road, Oneida Avenue, Seneca <br /> Avenue, Wamsutta Road, Wessagusset Avenue; and to accomplish said purpose <br /> and for expenses related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or <br /> transfer from available funds for appropriation $15,000 to the Annawon <br /> Neighborhood Road Account. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Article 19 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to <br /> prepare a plan laying out and defining Anthony's Way and to accomplish said <br /> purpose and for expenses related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate <br /> or transfer from available funds for appropriation $5,000 to the Anthony's Way <br /> Roadways Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Article 20 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to <br /> prepare a plan laying out and defining River Hill Road and to accomplish said <br /> purposes and for expenses related thereto, the Town vote to raise and <br /> appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation $5,000 to the River <br /> Hill Road Roadways Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Article 21 <br />
