The keynote <br /> speakers and data disseminated were very informative. Of particular note was a <br /> seminar regarding the proposed resolution ensuring sustainable OPEB (Other <br /> Post-Employment Benefits) costs for cities, towns and local taxpayers. Overall, <br /> there is a good outlook for revenue in the State of Massachusetts with a 5% <br /> growth projected. <br />
