Said road improvements in <br /> the Order for Reassessment cost$715,895.84., <br /> It was disclosed that Town Meeting under Article 14 of the October 15, 2012 <br /> warrant authorized the betterment assessments s for 71 property owners. Two <br /> property owners should not have been assessed, and one property owner was not <br /> included in the assessment. The acrea,se to be borne by each property owner is <br /> approximately$200 per parcel of land. <br /> It is the recommendation of Town Counsel to move forward with ft <br /> remessment. <br />
