John Cahalane seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Thanks for Gluing Award Plaques' <br /> Gail Wilson stated that the cost of the two plaques will be approximately $300. The cost for reorder <br /> of brochures will be approximately $150.00. <br /> John Cahalane made a motion that the committee approve the order of the plaques and the <br /> brochures if theae are sufficient funds available in the budget, with reorder of the brochures first <br /> priority, and purchase of the plaques second. Lynne Waterman seconded the motion. The motion <br /> was unanimously approved.- <br /> Human Services office Basement Mold/Mildew <br /> Gail Wilson reported that on Tuesday, May 13th a member of the Historical Commission had gone <br /> into the basement of the Human Services office building and stated that all the furniture in the <br /> basement was covered with mold and mildew and you could smell the odor as you opened the door. <br /> The Town Manager notified Gail Wilson that her office would temporarily have to be relocated to <br /> conference room at Town Hall until the basement was cleared out. Various suggestions were rade <br /> as to how to best handle the situation, and where t Town Ball the temporary office would b <br /> ionated. t the time of this meeting, it was not clear where Gail Wilson's office would temporarily b <br /> housed. Lynne Waterman offered her assistance fog-temporary room av ilabilit r of the Senior <br /> Center for Human services client appointments should this need arise. John Cah lane will be in <br /> touch with Town Manager as to progress in cleaning out the contents of the Human Services <br /> basement building. <br /> 1 <br />
