Members Present: Also Present: <br /> Tom Fud la, Chairman Pawl G bell, Sewer Commission Administrator <br /> Mark Gurnee, Clerk ,teff Gregg, G'HD'Project,Manager <br /> Joe Lyons Pio Lombardo, Lombardo Associates <br /> Thomas Burns Beverly Cane: Community Advisory Committee <br /> Glean Santos Evelyn Buschenfeldt, Community Advisory Committee <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> C ha irma n Torn F uda la called-the meeting to order at,7:09 PM <br /> REViE 11 OF MINUTES — March 21, 2013 Meeting <br /> Continued to the net meeting. <br /> DRAFT FINAL PLAN — Discussion of Alternatives Analysis Report <br /> Jeff Gregg, GHD Project Manager and consultant for I l ash pee Sewer Commission, reported on <br /> the status of the alternative screening analysis report-draft'#2. Mr. Gregg stated that he would be <br /> providing the members of the sewer Commission a copy of the draft#2 document for their review <br /> in preparation for his final presentation at the May Sewer Commission meeting. Questions and <br /> comments from the committee on the draft document can be forwarded to Mr. Fudala and Mr. <br /> G bell for Mr. Gregg=s review prior to the May committee meeting. <br /> Mr. Gregg gave a brief overview of the document-, stating that it-built upon the first draft, and <br /> includes a side-by side baseline cost analysis of the plan developed in 2008. Mr. Gregg stated that <br /> the last two chapters, #6 and # , are the most important part of the document. <br /> Chapter sic will focus on the framework of the recommended plan and its components. Chapter <br /> seven will contain a table of contents of what the recommended plan does. These two chapters <br /> will provide a vision of where we were and,where vire are going. Mr. Gregg stated that he will not <br /> provide an executive su mary until the plan is approved. Mr. Gregg will provide the committee <br /> with questions that will be asked by the State. <br /> Torn Fu ala questioned whether the draft plan should be posted on the mash pee aters.corn <br /> website. Mr. Fud rla asked that the CAC advise him as to their interest in receiving a copy of the <br /> draft plan on a disk. <br /> Tom Fudala stated than Joe Lyons had written a concise, one-page synopsis of the plan, titled <br /> simply 'THE PIAN'. Torn Fudala read through "THE PLAN", suggesting just one change: under <br /> 2 , eliminate the " " in upgrade existing treatment facilities, which he felt would be unrealistic. Jeff <br /> Gregg and the committee members were in agreement that a concise, simple synopsis of the plan <br /> is going to be necessary for the consumption of the general,public if there is any hope of their <br />
