The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> FALMOUTH ECO-TOILET WORKSHOP —April 5, 2013 <br /> Torn Fdala reported on arttendarne by Paul Gobell, Jeff Gregg and himself at a workshop on eco- <br /> toilets. The town of Falmouth has put a half-million dollars into this kind of study, the results of <br /> which can be utilized by Mashpee for future study and'possible application. Glenn Santos stated <br /> that there are quite a few eco-toilets in Masbpee currently being utilized. The I lashpee Board of <br /> Health has data as far as costs related to installation and use. The Cape Cod Commission has all <br /> tracking information and makes sure all required testing is done, keeping all local Boards of Health <br /> informed. <br /> VOUCHER SIGNATURES <br /> Torn Fudala reported receipt of two invoices from UMASS-Dartmouth SI IaST, one for$9000, and <br /> one for $750. <br /> Joe Lyons made a motion that the two invoices be approved for payment. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> SEWER COMMISSION AI INISTI AT F REPORT— Paul G b ll <br /> Paul Gbell reported on his concern regarding the Barnstable CAC issues raised at the last <br /> me tin The Cape Cod,Commission stated-that they would meet with all,the towns n the Cape, <br /> but they seem to be creating a plan of their own, calling a halt to, and redirecting thiscommittee's <br /> course. Mr. G b ll stated that the Cape Cod Commission is still working on their cost model but h <br /> perceives some wares coming down the pile. IIIb. G bell stated his concern at the lack of <br /> communication between the Cape Cod Commission and Mashpee. <br /> Jae Lyons stated his pinion that the sewer Commission sb uld' ntinue n course, culminate its <br /> plan as rapidly as possible; if the county has questions, vire should answer as quickly as possible. <br /> I lashpee is not subject to the county to getting the job done. The county is trying to form a <br /> community service to formulate a plan for communities that do not have a plan to follow. <br /> Jeff Gregg advised Paul G bell to set up a meeting with the Cape Cod Commission to follow up on <br /> their intention to develop a waste water plan.
